In the short term, classic behaviour trainings appear to achieve the required result. It is our understanding, however, that a stable change in behaviour assumes that people's individual motives, driving forces and attitudes are taken into account. After all, these are what determines our behaviour.
Deep-rooted human motivations impact on all areas of life. Their instance has a fundamental effect on your life and on your relations with others. That is why it is so important that you are aware of them. To find out more about it we use the Profile of the US psychologist, Prof. Steven Reiss, and his "Theory of the 16 basic desires that motivate our actions ". The Reiss Motivation Profile covers many areas of application and is used as, among other things, an excellent basis for achieving a good work-life balance, making career decisions, optimally carrying out management tasks, experiencing a happy partnership or achieving greater sporting success.
We work on the principle that a new world also yearns for new solutions: only 18% of all employees are happy in their job (Gallup, 2006) - with our motivational training, coaching and advisory approach we can change this. We are so convinced of the benefits of the Reiss Motivation Profile, that we have even set up an Institute for Human Motivation where you can find more information on this helpful tool.
The possible areas of application are numerous: the Reiss Motivation Profile offers interested amateurs serious life help and helps them develop understanding. It provides support in the counselling of couples and families, in organisational, personnel and team development, in the psychology of training and even in clinical diagnoses.
