Team development

Wherever people get together and work together, constructive cooperation is needed. The individuality of each team member needs to be integrated and other peoples' differences must be appreciated. The performance of teams often suffers from a failure to define and communicate goals, a lack of productivity as a result of poorly structured processes, and interpersonal conflicts.

Satisfaction and effectiveness are generated when the most diverse people are reduced to a common denominator, not through adaptation and egalitarianism but through recognising the diversity of the team as enrichment and thereby creating synergies that would be inconceivable without these differences.

To better understand and to be better understood, to confront conflicts head on and to resolve them, to allocate the right skills to the right tasks, to recognise what supplies energy and what saps energy can be made easier with the help of appropriate mechanisms to enable you to recognise and purposefully promote talent. Having better knowledge of different motivators and patterns of behaviour and being able to recognise individual potential and strengths promote an inspiring and constructive team environment, which will ultimately contribute to the success of your company.

Targeted exercises in our training sessions and workshops enable participants to consciously experience what team cooperation means. Team members learn how to deal with constructive feedback and how to understand the areas of activity of their colleagues. The aim is to enable them to consider individuality as a whole and to support and assist each other.
